This brand-new home is located in the wind free residential area of the Glen. This is one of the best locations in Camps Bay that offers easy access to Lions Head’s hiking trial, to the beach (walking distance) and the promenade that is full of amazing bars and restaurants. Due to the unique architecture, the house offers complete privacy from the outside, especially around the pool area. The perfect place if you enjoy being close to the action, but also far enough for peace and quiet.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with an outside shower) are located on the second level together with the open plan kitchen, scullery, guests’ toilet, inside and outside dinning space and office space.
